You got it all: texture glitches, framerate issues, and false advertising. What else could you ask for?

Halo: The Master Chief Collection
343 Industries
It's a game whose most "fun" aspect is exploiting a bug to make you jump over "unpassable" obstacle to skip the bland and boring gameplay.
Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric
Big Red Button
The series' biggest mistake. Making a game that relies on constant patches when they are well-known to never release a game without game-breaking bugs. And it gets even worse due to easy market exploits.
The Elder Scrolls Online
Zenimax Online Studios
Scariest thing about this game is the random frame rate drops, and game crashing bugs at launch. Making it crash even on consoles. Several texture bugs that leave you looking into digital limbos behind walls, camera bugs, etc.
The Evil Within
Tango Gameworks
Launched with several "graphical improvements" and weirdly executed mechanics, Watch_Dogs was released with a clear downgrade from the impressive trailer from E3, which turned out to be still mostly in the code, but blocked for parity reasons. The biggest proof that Ubisoft doesn't care for some of their audience.
